The Virus-bacteria filters for exhaust air lines were tested for filter efficiency by the Università di Camerino. With the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus ATCC a retention of greater than 99.99 % was confirmed. With the virus PhiX174 (size of 25–30 nm) a retention of greater than 99.99 % was confirmed.
